Contract Administration

A contract is an agreement between two parties for the exchange goods, services or money. The Contract Administrator ensures parties use reasonable diligence in complying with the terms, conditions, rights and obligations of the contract. He also coordinates the changes to the agreement that might arise during the contract and performs the “closure” when both parties have fulfilled their obligations. Contract administration is practiced whenever contracts are involved.

A big part of the job of Contract Administrator is to monitor compliance with contract requirements. This ensures that all the obligations specified in the contract are met or not. Monitoring of performance during the contract usually can be achieved through the use of electronic document management systems, spreadsheets etc.

As part of the monitoring process, the Contract Administrator shall inspect the deliverables (products and/or services) in order to ensure that these are in line with contractual obligations. Before any payment is satisfied, the Contract Administrator should ensure that "Contractual Obligations" and the terms of the agreement have been fulfilled.

Contract negotiation is a complex process involving many factors, especially when contracts have multiple structures. The Contract Administrator has the ability to meet the complicated requirements of the contract negotiation, while maintaining a simple, elegant and imposing figure.

It has an electronic system for managing calls and monitoring applications for the preparation of the bid. In this system, all relevant information is monitored on an ongoing basis until the final realization of customer requirements. Bid Solutions personnel are responding to meet any demand with partial deliveries up to 18 hours after the request to prepare a bid.
